This book is a masterpiece, a saga that encompasses generations. We loved reading it and hope Mona Jensen will write more
Reviting. Emotional. Wholesome. Several generations of families over more than 200 years.I actually dropped some tears (tears of joy, not sadness) onto some pages,I'm now reading it for a second time.
I feel like the characters in this book are part of my own family. They come alive on the pages and the love and loss shared by everyone in the story reaches into you and pulls at your heart. I could not put this book down and have been hard pressed to find one that even begins to hold my interest. I will go back and read it again and again and live "in the old days" when people were real and true to themselves no matter if it was for good or evil. Thank you, Mona, for passing on the Buckrun to all of us that had a Buckrun as children and to all of us that dreamed of the Buckrun as adults.
THIS IS A WONDERFUL Story, I loved it, has every emotion in, you will really enjoy this book.
